Morgan joined MDW Law as a Staff Lawyer in 2021 and practices in the area of family law.

Morgan received her LLB from the University of Leicester School of Law, in Leicester, United Kingdom. While in law school, Morgan volunteered as a legal researcher with Lawyers Without Borders where she contributed to international pro bono initiatives that promoted human rights and advanced access to justice. Morgan had the privilege to further her legal education by obtaining an LLM degree at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto, Ontario. At Osgoode, Morgan was a member of Pro Bono Students Canada and volunteered as a pro bono student with the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board of Ontario.

Morgan completed her lawyer licensing in Toronto, Ontario, where she worked as a Student-at-Law in the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretariat at Ryerson University. The time Morgan spent working in-house at Ryerson University has given her insight into the legal and business needs of corporations. She enjoys bringing her business knowledge into her family law practice.

Morgan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Canadian International Council, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys exploring the Nova Scotia outdoors and travelling abroad.
