Adam joined MDW Law in the position of Staff Lawyer in March 2021. In this exciting new position, Adam has been able to bring his knowledge of corporate law and litigation together to assist on complex family law matters.
Adam articled with the Province of Nova Scotia and was quickly exposed to a variety of litigation matters including Procurement, Corporate Commercial, Administrative, Child Protection and Privacy law. Adam then specialized in Estate Planning with Patterson Law, working on reorganizations and tax planning. His ability to advise clients as a solicitor and act for clients as a barrister is an asset he brings to representing clients. In a stressful time in a client’s life, Adam brings a level head and effective research abilities to achieve a positive result.
Originally from Halton Hills, Ontario, Adam came to Halifax for law school and fell in love with the landscape and people of Nova Scotia. Adam spends significant time engaged in the North End community as a Board Member of the Bus Stop Theatre Co-operative and Trips By Transit Halifax. He spends his down time writing and acting in theatre productions, and reviewing films for a variety of publications.
